He specializes in executive, business, and life coaching. Michael holds a BA from ORU, an MBA from University of Louisiana at Monroe, and an EdD in Adult Education from Regent University. He is the author of the only book on the topic: Ethics and Risk Management for Christian Coaches. He is a past president of the Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI) which he helped take to non-profit status. He has also co-founded the non-profit Coaching Suicide Awareness. He is the administrator of the Success Unlimited Network which trains non-directive coaches all over the world.
