The Coaching Agreement...a Coach's Best Friend...Or Worst Nightmare?

Clear, strong coaching agreements are one of the differences between acceptable coaching and a masterful coaching engagement. What can a smart coach do to ensure that clients get served as effectively as possible and you get re-hired?

It all starts with the Coaching Agreement. In fact, many of the best results coaches help generate and the biggest challenges that coaches face stem from the coaching agreement.

In this one hour online conversation, Jonathan Reitz, PCC will walk you through strategies for setting a solid coaching agreement for both the relationship as a whole AND each individual session.

You will learn:

  • Best practices for drawing out what your client really wants.
  • The three biggest mistakes coaches make in setting coaching agreements.
  • The ideal working relationship between the coaching agreement in a single session and the overall relationship.
  • How to help your client name what they really want, even when it's scary!
