ESTABLISHING TRUST AND INTIMACY
Let's talk about the competency of Establishing Trust and Intimacy from a PCC perspective. In this one-hour session, Janice LaVore-Fletcher, CPCC, PCC, will review this competency in an interactive manner that will help you sharpen your coaching skills.
Learning Objectives:
1) Basic review of the ICF definition;
2) Identify key aspects of what makes this competency so important; and,
3) Examples of this competency in action at the PCC level.
This core competency event offers one (1) hour of continuing education.
If unable to attend this event in person, members may access and view the replay and complete the survey/quiz to receive one (1) hour of continuing education.

Your Presenter:
Janice LaVore-Fletcher is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Christian Professional Coach, a Certified Mentor Coach for the ICF Competencies, and a Commissioned Stephen Minister.
Janice has a passion for helping coaches become highly competent, confident and fearlessly courageous to step out boldly to make a difference in the world through coaching. Janice uses her encouragement, passion, communication skills and “heart” to expand people’s thinking and inspire them to be all that God has called them to be.
She brings years of corporate experience in leadership, human resources and training and development in adult education. Her early life coach training was at CoachU under the founder of coaching, Thomas Leonard, and she is a Charter member of Coachville.
Her formal education is in Behavioral Sciences and she is a Licensed Human Behavior Trainer, Tele-Class and Webinar Leader.
Janice is the Lead Facilitator in all courses offered at Christian Coach Institute.
She is blessed with a wonderful husband, Dale, and they have four fabulous adult children. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening in their herb and flower gardens, enjoying nature, camping and traveling.
