A few days ago, I invited you to a discussion of FAI’s MERIT Solutions and the upcoming training that is being made available to members of CCN. I would like to give you my perspective on this opportunity and answer any questions I can.

We need quality people working in and leading the companies and nonprofits of our nations. The MERIT group of products find their source back in character qualities mentioned in the book of Proverbs but have been built out as a high value group of tools to use within medium to large size business, nonprofit or governmental organizations. • The critical factor that determines how beneficial an individual will be to the organization.
• The key element that will spell the success or failure of projects, programs, companies and causes.

Coming out of the recession, organizations are seeking viable ‘human capital’ solutions that will mitigate risks, reduce expenses and streamline their overall operational efficiencies. As coaches we are in position to assist businesses and nonprofits with the important task of finding, developing and promoting the right people. Our assistance with this function can open doors for long lasting coaching engagements.

When people are retained with character traits that don't fit the values of the organization, it directly impacts public credibility and the financial bottom-line. Human capital is the most important asset to any organization. When the leadership and employees are aligned with the mission and vision and committed to operate at a high level of performance and productivity, success follows.
