CORPORATE VISION
This presentation will provide an overview of the VVMG process with an emphasis on the idea of working with individuals or groups to design their vision statement.

Your Presenter
Dr. Rich Weigel has a wide and varied background that includes working in New York City for Goldman Sachs and a few years later opening his own production and performing company in the “Big Apple.” Several years later he committed his life to helping young people by becoming a school teacher. Over a period of many years, he moved along the educational ranks to become an assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, and finally a superintendent of schools.
Dr. Weigel has 4 university degrees, is a national trainer for Professional Learning Communities, Influencer, and Crucial Conversations. He has served as a member or officer for several educational organizations and has also helped with a number of state sponsored committees for education. He has additional post-doctoral credits from a variety of colleges and universities in business, education, and leadership.
In 2017 he had two open-heart surgeries and was forced to resign from the daily grind of leading a school district. After his recovery he began working on a design to continue helping schools and school leaders by becoming a certified professional leadership and life coach. He is currently finishing his coaching classes and coaching several educational leaders while in the process of obtaining his ICF certifications. He is also currently writing two books. His first book, (currently being edited), is called, How to Get a Better Education for Your Child. The second book is for leaders in all walks of life and is called, Leading God’s Way for Lasting Impact.
His new business, ProEdCoach, is currently supporting two school districts to help them improve their leadership and reach better results for their students. In that setting he provides professional development for teachers in a group coaching format with emphasis in the areas of Christian Time Management, Goal Setting, Project-Based Learning, Whole-Brain Teaching and Flipped Classrooms. He is in the process of designing the first training and implementation of Christian Professional Learning Communities, (CPLC), which will help Christian school educators to work together and build a research-based framework for continual improvement.
