Your Presenter: Nancy Branton, M.A., PCC, BCC, CCC is passionate about coaching and inspiring current and future leaders to be principled leaders that create engaging workplaces. Nancy is the CEO, Faculty, and Mentor Coach Workplace Coach Institute® (www.workplacecoachinstitute.com). WCI offers coach and assessment distance-based training in the areas of leadership, people management, and career development. Since 2001, she has served as President of People Potential Group® (www.peoplepotentialgroup.com) where she provides executive, leadership, people management, team, career development, and life coaching. In addition, Nancy is an adjunct faculty member at Adler Graduate School, an MBA Coach at Bethel University and a faculty member at the Institute for Life Coach Training.

 

Her 30+ year career inside organizations spans human resources, leadership, talent management, career development, and coaching experience as a Human Resources Director, Assistant Director, and Human Resources Development Consultant/Coach.

 

Nancy has a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology and is a graduate of the Institute of Life Coach Training. She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach, CCE Board Certified Coach and CCN Certified Christian Coach credentials. She serves on CCN’s Advisory Board. She’s the author of the People Management PrimerSM: Coaching Leaders to Create Thriving Workplaces.
