Your Presenter:  Janice LaVore-Fletcher, PCC, MMC, BCC, CPCC is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an IAC Master Masteries Coach, a Board Certified Coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education and a Certified Professional Christian Coach. Janice is Founder and President of Christian Coach Institute, LLC, which is ICF approved offering 72 Coach Specific Training Hours in the Certified Professional Christian Coach program. She is also a Certified Executive Mastermind Coach, Licensed Get Clients Now Facilitator, Commissioned Stephen Minister, and engaging seminar leader. Janice uses her encouragement, passion, communication skills and “heart” to expand people’s thinking and inspire them to be all that God has called them to be.

She brings years of corporate experience in leadership, human resources and training and development in adult education. Her early life coach training was at CoachU under the founder of coaching, Thomas Leonard, and she is a Charter member of Coachville. Her formal education is in Behavioral Sciences and as a Licensed Human Behavior Trainer, she also offers Certification in DISC Consulting. Janice is the Master Coach Trainer in all courses offered at Christian Coach Institute. She is blessed with a wonderful husband, Dale, and they have four awesome adult children.
