I am a passionate advocate at the state and national level for the entire medical team as well as the sacred patient-physician relationship. As a physician coach and patient advocate, I work to ensure every member of the medical team is able to place people first and practice their profession safely and ethically. As a national expert in burnout recovery and prevention, I recognize that much that is deemed "burnout" is actually ethical/moral distress we experience when profit is placed above human beings.
