Cheryl Scanlan, MCC, CMCC One of the most effective ways to hone your coaching skills is to analyze real coaching conversations, listening for the core competencies, the interaction between coach and client, and to assess the overall dynamics of the coaching conversation.
Join Cheryl Scanlan, MCC, CMCC as she affords us the opportunity to observe, analyze and debrief a real-time coaching conversation according to PCC standards.
Here’s how it works.
Come to the call with a possible coaching topic that can be coached within 30-35 minutes. These calls will be recorded and made available in the secure CCNI Member library of resources.
Cheryl will ask for a volunteer who agrees to be coached. Listen to the conversation. At the end of the session, Cheryl will ask you to share your observations; what worked, what didn’t work, what competencies were noted, etc. It should be a lot of fun.
