ICF says this is the, “Ability to be fully conscious and create spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident.”

What does that mean - some sort of a Zen, buddha thing? Not really. It’s pretty simple in my books … with very practical implications. And it’s a tad more than just showing up.

So let’s have a look together at Coaching Presence and I’ll give you my take on this from my 18 year coaching perspective. I might even reveal when I’ve been present and when I haven’t. And two-left-feet here, may talk a bit about dancing. Join me. Please. I can learn a lot from your insights.
