Enhanced Personal Foundations of Core Communication - A Systematic Approach to More Effective Personal and Professional Relationships

Core Communication is an easy-to-learn system originally developed at the University of Minnesota.  It teaches eleven, simple communication skills for talking, listening, making decisions and for resolving conflicts effectively.   

In this call we will explore:

• how to identify five specific zones of every issue;
• six talking skills associated with these zones;
• the five specific listening skills; and,
• how to stay skilled with even challenging and conflicted situations.
  

Your Presenter:  Theresa McKenna, PCC, CMCC

Theresa has been teaching and training using Core Communication for nearly twenty- five years.  As a Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Master Christian Coach, she considers Core Communication as one of her essential “go to tools” in her coaching and consulting practice.  She holds a Masters of Applied Theology as well as a degree in counseling.  Theresa is on faculty at Coach U and is an assessor for Christian Coaching Network International.  As the principle in Empowerment Strategies Coaching, Theresa is known as a masterful coach who helps her clients achieve their highest and best contributions.
