Adam Fleming lives in Goshen, Indiana with his wife Megan (m. 1998) and their four children. He’s a graduate of Goshen College (B.A. in Bible) and the family are local members of Christ’s body at Thrive in Goshen.

His Christian coaching journey began in 2007. He completed a coaching certificate in 2009 with Lifeforming Leadership Coaching in Virginia Beach, VA, and earned a Professional Trainer certificate in 2013 with Coaching Mission International. Adam qualified for the CPCC credential with CCNI in 2016.

Adam’s coaching values focus on “building a friendship to deploy my creativity for your destiny.” He loves to come up with powerful questions you’ve never heard before.

Adam is the owner of Motivational Listening International (for-profit coaching) and C.E.O. at Evergreen Leaders (non-profit coaching) and president at Cha’ am Cowboys Publishing (writing and publishing consulting).
