MASTERS' CIRCLE MASTERMIND
The purpose of this mastermind group is to assist seasoned coaches (1000+ hours) to refresh their competency skills. Often coaches who have not had recent skills-based training find themselves at a loss for words during the coaching conversation. The discussions in this forum intend to provide a fitting basis for advanced (MCC) level skills application. Evaluating one’s ethical practice is a chief objective.

Your Mastermind Facilitator: Dr. Michael J. Marx is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), a Certified Professional Life Coach (PCCI) and a Certified Professional Christian Coach (CCNI) specializing in executive, business, and life coaching. He has devoted himself to the advancement of the coaching industry and to its coaches and clients, and places emphasis on the ethics of the coaching practice. His enthusiasm for the subject brought him to write Ethics and Risk Management for Christian Coaches (2016). Michael leads the ICF Global Ethics Community of Practice, and teaches Ethics for Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
