CORE INSIGHTS SERIES 2020

Establishing Trust and Intimacy

Masterful coaches know how to set the relationship up for success. From the first few minutes of each coaching conversation, everything the coach does predicts how the relationship comes to life and aligns the conversation toward the client's goals. In this webinar with Jonathan Reitz, MCC, you'll explore ways to connect with your client, challenge them to name what's really important—both in the single conversation and to the whole person of your client, and tailor your questions for maximum consideration of what is most important to the client. This competency, Establishing Trust and Intimacy With the Client, is the sleeping giant for mastery. Let's awaken the giant! See you on March 11 at 1pm Eastern.

This core competency event is pending approval for one (1) hour of ICF continuing education.
