New Group forming for pastors! Invite a pastor you know to join us.

As pastors we use coaching as one of our tools for investing in our congregations. Coaching is a key component for pastors today. Our Pastors as Coaches learning community is designed to support, encourage, and build our skills as servant leaders and pastors. Our fundamentals are:

• A safe place to talk about issues as pastors,
• Supporting each other as pastors and coaches,
• Praying for each other,
• Praying for our needs, and
• Providing presentations on essential topics for pastors.

Proverbs 27:17 (NIV) - As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
