Your speaker: Ken Kessler, PCC
Since 2008, Ken has served at the Baptist General Association of Virginia and presently serves as the BGAV Coaching Network Director. Ken and his wife Teresa live in Richmond, Virginia. Ken has a great love for leadership coaching. He has completed his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation and has coached over 1000 Christian leaders throughout the country.
One of the greatest joys of coaching for Ken is allowing the persons he coaches to reach their full potential in ministry. He has created frameworks for his coaching practice around leadership agility, strengths-based ministry, future thinking, narrative coaching, spiritual formation, and personal change and disruption. Ken has helped design the training process for coaches in BGAV life and has been involved as a facilitator with the World’s Best Executive Coaches Summit (WBECS) and the Christian Coaching Network International (CCNI).
