Join Greg Atchison PhD, ACC, for a discussion on the use of assessments in your coaching practices.

The right assessment can be a key part of the coaching conversation because it can highlight strengths, preferences, behavior patterns, abilities, communication styles, and blind spots. They can dramatically increase self-awareness of your clients, improve your communication with them, and help your clients create strategic development plans.

In this session, Greg will review two Christian-focused assessments, the Winslow Bible-based report and the Leading from Your Strengths assessments.

You’ll learn:

  • What type of client will benefit from each assessment.
  • Which is best for a client who wants to work on strengths?
  • How to integrate results and actions into coaching conversations and still maintain a coach approach.
  • Logistics required to obtain these assessments?
