Join Tony Stoltzfus and Todd Olsen as they share a biblical philosophy of discipling, how Jesus did it, and how the current church is locked into a teaching/information-transfer, pedagogical model vs Jesus’ experiential learning approach.
Included will be a coaching demonstrations covering:
- Coaching disciples out of a wrong behavior
- Coaching the Relationship with Jesus

Your Facilitators:
TonyStoltzfus has been a coach and coach trainer for over 20 years. He is a well-known author, speaker and the Founder of MetaFormation. He equips leaders with practical tools and techniques that produce lasting, significant change.
Tony has co-founded several coaching schools and developed leadership resources used all over the globe. Having authored a dozen books, his “Coaching Questions” is a top-seller on Amazon.com.
Tony is known for his highly interactive, authentic and engaging workshops. He specializes in Encounter Coaching—the technique of asking Jesus questions to foster dialogue between God and the client.
Tony and his wife have been married for over 35 years and have two grown children. They live in Redding, California where they enjoy the outdoors, reading, and creating hand-crafted furniture.
Todd serves as Managing Partner and Coach Trainer at MetaFormation. He also coaches business leaders who both live in challenging places in the world (Asia, Middle East, etc.) and desire to see God’s kingdom come in their workplace.
He launched his coaching business in 2016. Although he saw decent results with traditional coaching methods, it was using the Encounter Coaching method of inviting Jesus into the conversation where he witnessed exponential transformation with clients.
Todd and Kathy, his wife of over 35 years, live in Michigan and have five kids and seven grandkids. Todd enjoys mountain biking and the outdoors. Having lived overseas, he also loves cultivating friendships with those from different cultures.
