Core Competencies Learning Community
It's time to look at the ethical practice section of the competencies as it relates to us as Christian coaches.
You are invited to come ready with your own questions and areas of importance that will make us unique in our approach to this ‘helps’ field.
This should be a lively discussion.
Join Ben Olsen, PCC, CPCC, AG4 and Director of Coach Education & Training at Global Center for Coaching on the 4th Monday of each month (1-2pm eastern) to explore a Core Competency together through the Christian coaching lens.
In this community learning group we will spend time unpacking each of the 8 core coaching competency areas as outlined by the International Coaching Federation. We will explore how our unique understanding of the core coaching competencies builds up and prepares people to answer God’s invitation to join Him. How can we, as Christians, leverage our faith and God’s principles to answer the call to equip others. This is a time where we will discover what makes us as believers uniquely fitted to be industry leaders using a biblical foundation to approach our professional skills.
