Walking with People in Transition Seasons of transition often leave people feeling disoriented, uncertain, and caught in the “messy middle” between what was and what’s next. Coaches and care providers are frequently invited into these moments—but knowing how to walk well alongside someone in transition can be challenging. In this live webinar, Tim Austin will help participants step into the experience of those navigating significant life and vocational changes. Together we’ll explore what commonly surfaces during seasons of transition and the kinds of support people often need during these in-between times. Along the way, participants will learn how to recognize the emotional and spiritual dynamics that often accompany transition, ask better questions that invite reflection and discernment, and use simple tools to help guide people toward greater clarity about their next steps. Participants will leave with a practical framework for understanding transition dynamics, along with several reflection tools that can be used to support meaningful coaching conversations with people navigating seasons of change.
