CCNI Peer Coaching Pilot Program

Join Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI) for a four-month Peer Coaching Pilot Program designed to help coaches strengthen their coaching skills, gain valuable barter coaching hours toward credentialing, and grow through meaningful coaching relationships.
Participants will be matched with coaches of similar experience levels and time zones whenever possible to create a supportive, collaborative learning experience. Whether you are working toward a coaching credential or seeking to sharpen your coaching skills, this program provides a structured opportunity to both coach and be coached.
How It Works
Registration Deadline: January 22, 2027
Peer Coaching Sessions: February–May 2027
Program Cost: $25
Participants will be assigned to either a coaching pair or a coaching triad.
- Coaching Pairs: Meet twice monthly, alternating coaching roles.
- Coaching Triads: Meet three times monthly, rotating among the roles of coach, client, and observer.
Over the four-month program, every participant will have the opportunity to coach at least once per month and be coached at least once per month. Triads also provide the added benefit of observing coaching conversations and offering developmental feedback.
Scheduling and Participation
CCNI will coordinate participant matching based on coaching experience and time zone whenever possible. Once matched, participants are responsible for connecting with their peer coaching partners and scheduling sessions at mutually convenient times.
Participants are encouraged to commit to the full four-month experience to ensure consistency, accountability, and meaningful growth for everyone involved.

Dave brings extensive experience in corporate leadership, organizational development, and pastoral ministry. He is an ICF-certified coach, mentor coach, and coach trainer.
