It is widely accepted that coaching is an effective way to develop individuals, yet the need for greater accountability in coaching is growing. In fact, recent research shows that after coach rapport and personal compatibility, effectiveness of coaching is the biggest driver of coach selection. In other words, when choosing a coach, coaching effectiveness is more important than the coach’s background and education, their level of experience and their reputation (Global Coaching Client Study, International Coach Federation, 2009). Moreover, recent research shows that being able to demonstrate the benefits and ROI of coaching are the two greatest opportunities facing the coaching profession (2012 Global Coaching Study, International Coach Federation). The challenge is how to measure coaching’s impact. In fact, many may wonder if it’s even possible to credibly measure the impact of coaching and report return-on-investment (ROI). Indeed, it is possible! Until now, there has not been a credible, methodical approach to measure the effectiveness, success and ROI of coaching for a single client engagement. Attend this session and learn how you can evaluate coaching using the ROI MethodologyTM. During the session you will be introduced to the five levels of evaluation and you will also be presented with a case study describing the application of the ROI Methodology.
Participants will walk-away with three new steps they can take today towards measuring ROI of Coaching!
You will receive an email containing a link to the recording after you register.
