I love my work with missionaries, ministers and non-profit staff in career change and transition. Another of my joys is working with Business For Transformation B4T and BAM workers in startup decision-making and mid-career transitions.

As a veteran US Navy Officer it is my privilege to assist military members in career changes as well as vets that are advancing their careers.
