If at
all possible, please create the time to attend this upcoming informational
presentation. There are really two tracks represented, one for those who are
business, leadership, career, executive coaches and the second for life coaches.
Thursday and Friday's presentations are identical to
accommodate people's schedules, but the actual introductory presentation is the
same both days. For either group, but
especially for business type coaches who coach within organizations (secular or
faith-based) or want to develop this line of your business, this could represent
a significant business income stream opportunity.
Our
presenters will be co-founders, Dr. Ron
Jenson, Chairman Emeritus and Doug
Tucker, President and CEO of Future Achievement International.
You will remember Dr.
Jenson from decades of involvement in a long list of Christian endeavors,
particularly with Bill Bright and Campus Crusade, Ted Engstrom and World Vision
and years of family development events. Dr. Jenson's book, "Achieving Authentic
Success" (I originally bought it as "Make a Life, Not Just a Living" back in
1998) is used around the world in working with individuals and leaders and forms
the basis for the highly validated MERIT profiles and
assessments.
This is a very different relationship again from
Blueprint for Life and Ministry Insights, Leading from Your Strengths. FAI's
mandate is to penetrate the culture with Biblical principles of character in
today's language. Behind the scenes of course their prayer is that people might
ask their coaches where the principles of character actually come from. As a
pre-evangelistic tool, the prayer is that it would draw men and women to hunger
for a knowledge of the true God. What FAI do in the secular world, we have
discussed CCN's business and life coaches doing in both the secular and
Christian world. And if you know about the desire for character in leadership
that is growing in our corporate world, you realize CCN could be a portal for
many inquiries. People are realizing more and more that character counts in the
leadership of our institutions, companies and governments.
Even if you go no further with Future
Achievement International, you will be encouraged with their vision and
strategy. If you decide to join those of us who are working in the business and
organizational end of coaching, it represents good business possibilities. If
you decide to join those of us strictly life coaching, you will be in early on
the next phase of their strategy to reach individuals using the same character
based approach.
