Mary Lou Caskey is a Certified Life Coach, Author and Speaker. She is passionate about helping Christians ditch dieting and enjoy peace with food. Mary Lou has lost a lot of weight and kept it off for years. What means even more to her is that she enjoys living at peace with food and she loves to help others do the same and find freedom and hope.
Mary Lou is a graduate of Warner University with a B.A. in Christian Education and her training as a certified life coach is with Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
