Tina Elliot, MBA, PCC Tina's success as an executive, business and life coach draws from her twenty years experience working in the areas of coaching and consulting. Her expertise in project management, leadership development; team and organization development; life change and career transition all serve to bolster her clients success. Having held a variety of leadership roles as a full-time Managing Consultant, Sr. Project Manager, Project Team Leader and Accountant allows Tina to bring a real-time experience and cultural understanding to her coaching partnerships.

As Professional Certified Coach she provides a suite of coaching services including: one-to-one coaching; team/group coaching; coach awareness and skills training. Personal coaching is now integrated with leadership and organizational development programs and contributes to a tangible leadership culture within any organization. Tina has served part-time on numerous non-profit organization executive boards and is a Mentor Coach, helping new coaches master their coaching skills, build successful coaching businesses and acquire their ICF credentials. She is a Certified Wellness Coach and a licensed facilitator of The Inventory Wellness Program™ bringing wellness coaching to individuals and organizations improving employee health, wellness, job and life satisfaction, ultimately increasing effectiveness and productivity.
