Ben Koh, an Engagement and Leadership Transformational Coach is passionate about inspiring positive change. He is the Founder Coach Masters Academy, arguably the most preferred coach academy in Asia. He is always fascinated by how the brain learns and thinks. He is convinced that while conventional coaching uses tactical approach to problem-solve the impact is often temporal because it deals primarily with the surface issue. This eventually inspired him to create an unique coaching framework Awareness, Clarity and Choice Conversation ™ that fully integrates the science of EQ and Positive Psychology to enable positive change that is sustainable.
Ben also serves as Regional Missions Director for a local church based in Singapore overseeing the church-planting work in South and Central Asia. He has been actively involved in training and developing church leaders in more than 14 countries since 1999. He has spend 10 years in Kazakhstan as a Career Missionary. He and his family are relocated back to Singapore and in moving forward, his desire is to integrate coaching as part of leadership development to empower churches to raise up emerging leaders for ministry.

Dr. Michael J. Marx is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and a Certified Professional Christian Coach (CCNI). He specializes in executive, business, and life coaching. A gifted teacher, Michael holds a BA from ORU, an MBA from Louisiana State, and an EdD in Adult Education from Regent University. His passion is adult learning and he serves on the faculties of the Concordia University (teaching International Business and International Finance) as well as the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
Michael and his wife, Joy, lived in Germany for 23 years where they worked as "tent making missionaries." Since returning to the US in 2012, they have been traveling throughout North America in an RV and are currently in Fairbanks, Alaska. Their dog “Angel” writes a blog about their adventures at www.travelswithangel.wordpress.com.
A strong advocate for professionalism in Christian coaching, Michael has served on the ICF Global Ethics & Standards Committee and currently is active establishing systems for coaches to receive support on ethical issues. A noted expert on one-to-one communication, his doctoral dissertation analyzes the promotion of learning in mentoring and coaching.
