As a serial entrepreneur who started her first business in high school, Laura-Catherine eagerly serves other entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders through her private coaching practice, www.lcetheridge.com. She also serves large corporate clients through Stratos2, a coaching firm she co-owns with Bryan Pettet. Together they assist executives and managers who are seeking to increase EQ, leadership and organizational health, and team capacity.
Her love for developing people has led her to be involved in young adult discipleship ministry for over a decade, cross cultural missions coaching, mentoring of millennials, mentoring of coaches, and orphan care.
