CI Series 2015: Powerful Questioning

Janice LaVore-Flecther, CPCC, PCC will facilitate this interactive session where we will explore this competency together and take a look at some practical examples/exercises/tools that can help us become aware and take our skill to a new level.

• Basic review of the ICF definition.
  
• Discuss what is required for coaching at the PCC level.
  
• Identify key aspects of what makes this competency so important.
  
• Identify what happens to the conversation when this competency is weak or ineffective.
  
• Identify the common pitfalls in regards to the competency.
