Appreciative Inquiry in Coaching

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a way of inspiring and facilitating change in organisations. In contrast to traditional problem-solving approaches, its focus is on vision and what is working well. This webinar will introduce AI, its resonances with biblical material and its potential applications to coaching thinking and practice. By the end of this webinar, you will have:

Paul Breckell is the Chief Executive at Action on Hearing Loss, the largest charity in the UK working with and for people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. He has worked with UK and international charities for 20 years. Paul’s background is in finance, having trained as a Chartered Accountant and with an MSc in Charity Finance and Management. Nick Wright is a leadership coach and organisation development consultant who specialises in coaching, coach training and developing reflective practice. He has worked with UK and international charities for 25 years. Nick has a degree in Theology, an MSc in Human Resource Development and a postgraduate diploma in Coaching Psychology.
