In recent years, there has been a growing interest in team coaching alongside conventional individual coaching. This is partly driven by an increased awareness of systemic dimensions of coaching, that is, that people don’t exist in a vacuum and that how people engage with each other affects personal and team motivation and performance.

Nick Wright is a leadership coach and OD consultant based in the UK. He has spent 25+ years working in charities, human rights work and international NGOs. Nick has a postgraduate diploma in psychological coaching and a masters degree in human resource development. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
