In every successful coaching conversation, both the client and the coach are committed to the idea that the client can become more by identifying, designing, and implementing actions that lead to personal growth and achievement.  What if the client has never considered the full implications of this perspective?  How can a growth mindset be encouraged by the coach?  This one-hour webinar will use the insights of positive psychology to help coaches nurture a growth mindset in their clients so that they can fulfill their potential.
