Creating Coaching Opportunities Through a
CernySmith Assessment (CSA)

The CernySmith Assessment (CSA) has been used in over 147 countries to help people understand and manage the impact of change and stress on productivity and resilience. The CernySmith Assessment (CSA) reports are self-discovery and coaching reports.

The client, as they take the CSA (takes approximately 15 minutes), will be taken through five Domains: Organizational, Cultural, Relational, Resilience, and Foundational. There are 15 Scales and 68 Questions on the CSA to help your client answer three (3) important questions:

1) How am I doing?;
2) What can I learn?; and,
3) What can I do?

The report is written in non-judgmental language and they are educational reports which help people appreciate individual uniqueness and think in balanced ways about their strengths and weaknesses.

Steve will be demonstrating a CSA Debriefing by taking a coachee through their CSA report. Steve will also be providing an opportunity for Q&A, and a future opportunity for coaches to become certified to give and debrief a client on a CSA report.

This webinar does not provide a continuing education unit.
