CORE INSIGHTS SERIES 2018
DESIGNING ACTIONS
Clearly defining what the client wants to achieve and gaining massive awareness around it through superb coaching, leads the client to the most critical point in the coaching process, when they say, "Given everything I've just discovered, I now know exactly what I need to do." This is huge. It's literally an "Aha!" moment for many. It's when the fog lifts and the destination ahead comes into clear sight.
The client wouldn't have engaged you if they didn't want something to happen, if they didn't think you could help them discern and understand what the real priorities were. The planning and execution that follow DESIGNING ACTION will flow so much more smoothly as a result of having reached this moment and not bypassing it for just doing "stuff" without much thought or strategy.
Join Keith Webb, DMin, PCC and let's design some actions that can make a real difference.
This core competency event offers one (1) hour of ICF/BCC/CCNI continuing education.
