Using OnCoach
Extend the impact of your workshops and training. onCoach is a goal-setting, journaling and community interface perfect for coaches who host workshops, offer training or provide consultation services.
Coaches use onCoach to upload their client assignments, resources, action plans, and reference material and to track the client's progress. Clients use onCoach to stay focused on their action plan, complete their assignments and journal about their progress. The community board feature allows for online feedback and updates between students, clients and coaches.
onCoach has build its interface to meet the needs of large coaching organizations, such as the IAC, as well as those of the individual coach.
