CORE INSIGHTS SERIES 2019
PLANNING AND GOAL SETTING
Coaches support clients in getting where the client wants to go, but what happens when the client is unclear, uncertain, or just plain stuck? Thankfully, coaches are competent at planning and goal setting — a competency we leverage to facilitate clarity, certainty, and movement toward the client’s preferred future.
In this webinar, we will explore how clients benefit from planning and goal setting and how coaches can bring the power of planning and goal setting into the coaching relationship. This session will be led by Chad Hall, MCC, who serves as President of Coach Approach Ministries and as Owner/Partner with StrongLead, LLC.
This core competency event offers one (1) hour of ICF/BCC/CCNI continuing education.
