There are three stages of Active Listening which a coach must go through so that the Client gets the maximum benefit. Most coaches stay in stage one too long. We will look at some practices which can get you into stage three of Active Listening.

Charles Hooper, Jr, MCC, is an Atlanta-based Executive and Leadership Development Coach and Trainer. He has worked with senior leaders and their organizations in a variety of industries and organizations domestically and internationally.
