Getting Unstuck after Cancer - Pat Grosser

After cancer treatment has ended, patients often ask …now what? It is not surprising that after such a life-altering experience, survivors often find themselves confused, wondering if God has deserted them and feeling stuck.

Pat Grosser, a Life Coach and cancer survivor, has coached Life after Cancer Groups and individuals and will share her story and what she learned from clients about what is holding them back from living more fully with greater health, well-being, and joy. Coaching can effectively help clients who have been badly shaken by life’s difficult times to blast inertia, make positive changes, and love life again.

Coaching cancer survivors was not only an important part of Pat’s own recovery and coaching practice, but also led her to write a booklet titled “75 Tips for Getting Unstuck after Cancer, for survivors or anyone who has experienced crisis or trauma of any sort. It is also a useful tool for coaching with greater understanding, empathy, and insight and provides many useful talking points.
