Through her story, Janice compares physical wounds to spiritual wounds. “If a person is in an automobile accident, they need intense medical care. The same is also true for someone who has been through an emotional injury. Severe wounds need intense, focused professional care. If you wouldn’t attempt to perform your own heart surgery why would you attempt to heal yourself emotionally? The answer is you can’t. Time doesn’t heal all wounds…”
