A Practical Approach for Facilitating Deep Inner Change

Coaches are trained to close the gap between a person’s external goals and his or her daily reality. But an area that is sometimes neglected is the inner life of the client and the desires contained within it. In this hands-on webinar, Chuck Gohn will utilize coaching tools that will help create greater awareness of their Christian and non-Christian client’s inner desires and provide a simple approach to coaching them from where they are to where they long to be.

Participant's will have an opportunity to practice what is learned in breakout rooms in smaller groups. In this event we will:

• Discover the steps involved in inner change
• Become familiar with The Wheel of Inner Desires assessment tool
• Learn how to clarify desires and co-create practical action-steps and accountability to help move clients from where they are to where they want to be

This event is pending approval for 1.5 Resource Development (RD) continuing education credit

Chuck Gohn is a professional speaker, trainer, and performance coach who prides himself on his ability to utilize practical tools that help individuals and organizations perform up to their true potential. Chuck is an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coach Federation, a Certified Christian Coach, and a Life Coach Instructor at the Community College of Allegheny College. He holds a Doctorate from Fuller Seminary and Business Degree from Portland State University. Chuck also served as a lead pastor for fifteen years at Bellevue Christian Church in Pittsburgh, where currently resides with his wife Debbie.
