Michael Baker serves as CCNI's Director of Outreach. Michael is the Head Coach and owner of Michael Baker Coaching, a strengths-based leadership company. His leadership experience includes Apple Computer distributor, high tech medical sales and training, and technology consulting in higher education. He has extensive teaching experience at the undergrad and postgrad levels and has assisted numerous colleges and universities with building online learning initiatives. 

As a coach, Michael is driven to help managers and people who influence others to lead through self-awareness and purpose, living in their genuine identity. He is a trained coach in the CliftonStrengths® assessment, as well as executive coaching. His mission is to help Christians know their strengths, act with purpose and live in abundance.
