One of the key moments that bring people to coaching is a life transition. But not just any transition, it's the big ones like marriage/divorce, career/job, life season changes and the one that brought me to coaching, the mid-life "crisis". Whatever brings clients to us, we coaches have the privilege to partner with them in their transition. In this webinar we will explore the neuroscience that occurs with change and practices that allow us to manage our own change or transition and support our clients on their journey as well. This is vital if we're to move forward with purpose and intention.

It isn't a matter of if some life changing event happens to you but when. And when it does, how can you navigate it as best as you can.

He holds a Master’s degree in Education and has over 3,200 hours of coaching business and individual clients. Michael partners with Christians in mid-life around career development, performance, and transitions. He also mentors newer coaches on business and skill development.
