As coaches, we operate in serving others, listening deeply, and providing a sacred space for our clients.  We will explore how we can be sure we are taking care of ourselves so that we can be our very best self in our coaching sessions. Each session will explore an aspect of self-care and we will have a time of interaction as well as reflection on how to implement and sustain self-care.   

Pamela Mertz is the founder and President of BluePrint Life. She is a certified Leadership and Life Coach through ICF, and teaches at PCCI. She has been in the corporate world for over 35 years, as well as women's ministry for 20 + years as well. She loves to help those that are looking to move forward into their desires and destiny by using Biblical principles to possess the abundant life Jesus came to give us all. She is also writer and is currently working on 2 books. Pamela lives with her husband, Lou, in St. Michael MN, and has 3 adult sons and a daughter in love.
