A key reason clients come to coaching is because they aren't achieving what they intend and desire in their lives. They want to move forward with better performance personally and professionally but find themselves overwhelmed and inadequate to make and sustain change. I’ve been working around performance for years and am really excited about the changes I’ve seen in myself and my coaching clients.

This session will focus on these four common issues people are dealing with in our world today:

• What’s behind that overwhelmed feeling and how to tame this.
• The myth of multi-tasking and why multi-tasking actually undermines your productivity and success.
• How to deal with fear and anxiousness and keep them from undermining your performance.
• How to have greater focus, avoid distractions and be more productive when working on projects.

Michael Pfau is Founder and President of Crossways Life Coaching, LLC. Michael is an author, speaker, coach, mentor and trainer. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and has over 4,200 hours of coaching business and individual clients. Michael partners with Christians in mid-life around career development, performance and transitions. He also mentors new coaches around skill and business development. He developed an interest in Neuroscience through the work he does to help clients get unstuck, which often centers around mindsets and beliefs.
