 Explore the “being” beneath a coach’s “doing”

It’s not enough for coaches to know the “what” and “how” of coaching—coaches must also understand the “who.” In our “The Character of the Coach” 7-part series, you will discover that a coach’s doing—demonstrating skills, using various techniques and tools, and so on—flows from the depths of their being.  

Our 10 presenters will invite you to explore and develop the character that undergirds your competence. This first webinar in our 7-part series will introduce the overall series and explore the topic of calling (vocation).

The series is based on the book Beyond Competent, which Chris McCluskey (Founder and President of PCCI) heartily endorsed:
