Imagine a church where every member is equipped with the tools to deepen their spiritual connections, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth in Christ. Our monthly Coaching in the Church community group meeting is a shared discussion format to help Christian Coaches create a dynamic coaching program that fosters unity and spiritual flourishing in their churches and faith-based organizations. We take a coach approach to our monthly conversation and build our discussion around needs that arise on developing a coaching niche in the church.
Past Coaching Topics:
- How to define a compelling vision for your coaching program that aligns with your church's mission and values.
- Discovering the essential steps to lay the groundwork for a solid coaching program, such as: identifying potential coaches, establishing program goals, and creating a coaching framework and structure.
- Exploring effective coaching techniques tailored for spiritual development and discipleship within the church community.
- Listen and share real-life success stories and gain insights into overcoming common obstacles faced when initiating coaching programs in a church setting.
- Occasionally, we will have a thought partner who will deliver content for us to ponder and add to our coaching portfolio in the church.
Come to our monthly meeting prepared to receive and share ideas on how to introduce coaching to your congregation and faith-based organizations.
