What participants will experience
Our coaching clients come to us because they want to see real change in their life. New goals, self-discipline, and accountability rarely produce lasting change because they presume changed behavior is the goal. The Jesus’ way of change is fundamentally different. He begins on the inside (the heart), His focus is on the positive thing He is giving us (filling our deepest desires in relationship with Him), and His process doesn’t depend on our discipline but His gift. With this idea informing our coaching, we are helping our clients pursue a fundamentally different objective – a transformed heart (not just changed behavior).

Objectives

• Understand the neuroscience of why a purely rational approach to coaching is incomplete.
• Observe side-by-side demos: rational-brain coaching vs. heart-level coaching.
• Learn the type of questions that open emotional pathways to hearing Jesus’ voice.
• Craft an action plan to shift your own sessions toward heart transformation.
