• Set spiritual and practical ground rules that foster a safe, expectant atmosphere.
• Facilitate collective listening so every voice hears—and shares—what Jesus is saying.
• Balance prophetic insight with respectful coaching skills in a multi-person setting.
• Adapt the model for church small groups, leadership teams, or mastermind cohorts.
