Michael Pfau is the Founder and President of Crossways Life Coaching, LLC, which he established in 2002. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF and CPCC coach by CCNI. 

Michael brings over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, helping clients achieve their professional and personal goals. He holds a master’s degree in education and specializes in working with Christians in mid-life, focusing on career development, performance improvement, and transitions, including retirement.

In addition to his client work, Michael mentors aspiring coaches, guiding them in both coaching skills and business development. He has been instrumental in helping over 275 coaches achieve their ICF ACC or PCC credential.

Since 2008, Michael has been involved in coach training at the Institute for Life Coach Training and played a key role in launching the Professional Christian Coaching Institute in 2010, contributing to curriculum development and teaching core classes.
