Getting clear on the client’s desired outcome is foundational to powerful coaching. In this session, we’ll focus on ICF PCC Marker 3.1—partnering with the client to define or reconfirm what they want to accomplish in each session. Learn how to help clients move from broad desires to specific, actionable goals that sharpen focus and drive transformation. You’ll leave with practical strategies to strengthen clarity, alignment, and momentum in every coaching conversation.

The event is 30 minutes with an optional Q+A at the end of the 30 minutes.
